    The trail is closed due to the Ranch Fire.


    It is a long steady climb from 5,000 feet at the junction of the West Crockett Trail and the North Ridge Trail to 6,400 on this six-mile long trail (8W21) feet at its highest point.


    Along this route you also pass the Waterfall Connector Trail that leads to the largest waterfall known on the forest. Water is available at the waterfall. The few areas along the length of the trail that have water dry up later in the year.
